Job Title

Common accountabilities:

- Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. ​

- Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.​

- Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.

Specific accountabilities:

Key Accountabilities:
- Be responsible for the Incident Response mechanism of the Security Operations Center team.
- Manage all Security Incidents on a day-to-day basis; operating in a follow-the-sun mode
- Incident analysis, response, remediation
- Classification and prioritization of security incidents

Manage vulnerabilities according to Amadeus processes & follow-up on mitigation plans
Serve as the key technical interface to internal and external customers
Ensure system security needs are established and maintained for operations
Provide technical leadership and mentor internal team members
Be an active member of the Amadeus Blue Team and performing Incident Response Duties
Work cross-organization to integrate and operate all monitor and logging tools
Participation in the evaluation of new technologies (HW and software) in respect to SOC.
