What will you be doing?

As Cybersecurity Product Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of Navarino's cybersecurity product portfolio, including both existing offerings and new developments. Your mission will be to design and deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions that seamlessly integrate with Navarino’s onboard systems and services, addressing the unique challenges of the maritime industry. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product strategies, drive development, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

This is a dynamic role for a professional with a strong background in both cybersecurity and product management, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Below are some aspects of the role:

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Navarino’s cybersecurity products
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Develop detailed product specifications for scalable, cloud-based cybersecurity solutions tailored to the maritime industry
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Ensure all products meet cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance and customer satisfaction
• Act as a subject-matter expert and advocate for cybersecurity internally and externally

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management and 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity related positions
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and technologies
• Ability to analyze complex challenges and deliver actionable solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity market trends and competitive dynamics
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Great to have:

• Familiarity with SaaS models and application lifecycle management
• Experience working in industries with high-security and regulatory requirements
