Job Description

Job Description and key skills:

1. Implement code of the Splunk application version 2 (apps for sanity, apps for compliance)
2. Onboarding data, creates dashboards, troubleshooting the bugs, optimize the performance of the dashboard.
3. Implementing the Splunk code life cycle (versioning)
4. Good hands-on experience in configuring Splunk apps/add-ons for ServiceNow, Azure, AWS, GCP, DB Connect, ITSI and others.
5. Knowledge of scripting language and understanding REGEX and query language
6. Create the associated technical documentation
7. Work in synergy with other projects of the 3SIP program
8. Sanity and compliance will be used to input and output data in the stix format.
9. Knowledge/Experience in BMC application and its other products like BMC Remedy, BMC ADDM, TrueSight Operation
10. Management, and TrueSight Capacity optimization.
11. Good hands-on & working experience in SQL Server databases and Linux and Windows-based systems.
12. Strong knowledge on Splunk architecture, distributed components and understanding CIM
13. Good to have hands on in SIEM concepts along with scripting and basic DevSecOps skills
14. Good knowledge in Linux Server platform
15. Nice to have knowledge & experience - Gitlab, STIX, SPL, XML, JavaScript, CICD, Python, Agile Methodology, Architecture Logics
16. Knowledge on ITIL basic practice
