What You’ll Do:

As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will:

  • Design and implement SOC platforms: Lead the architecture, integration, and continuous improvement of SOC tools, services, and processes, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.
  • Enhance security operations: Build, configure, and optimize SIEM and SOAR platforms to strengthen threat detection and response capabilities.
  • Collaborate and lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing training and guidance to SOC Levels 1 and 2 while offering advanced support for security incidents and forensics.
  • Drive innovation: Identify emerging market needs, propose technical solutions, and contribute to the evolution of the SOC's cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Support clients: Partner with the sales and pre-sales teams, offering technical expertise and designing tailored solutions for client cybersecurity needs.
  • Document and share knowledge: Develop detailed documentation, presentations, and processes to empower the team and clients.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proven experience in SOC operations, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity and 3 years in SOC-related roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners (e.g., Splunk, Qualys, Tenable, SentinelOne XDR, Palo Alto Cortex).
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud security (Azure, AWS, Google) and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Experience in Incident Response, forensic analysis, and offensive security.
  • Proficient in Linux/Windows OS and scripting for automation tasks.

Leadership and Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams across different areas and departments.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, including pre-sales activities, solution presentations, and relationship building.

Education and Certifications:

  • University degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related technical field (Master’s in cybersecurity is a plus).
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH are highly valued.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity tools (e.g., Splunk, Azure Defender) or cloud platforms are a plus.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on learning and continuous improvement.

Languages:

  • Native/Bilingual in Portuguese. Fluency in English (medium to high level) is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
