TheEnterprise Solutions Architect Leadis responsible for overseeing and managing all solution engineering projects, initiatives and teams to ensure seamless integration of activities through the engineering pipeline. The Enterprise Solutions Engineering Lead shall be an innovator, developing and optimizing product and packaging solutions, automations, and processes to help the organization become more agile, effective and efficient.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and project managers to design, build, deploy and enhance IT solutions for a large Federal Government Program.
- Planning and designing systems to meet the evolving needs of the government customer.
- Provide resource, technical, and process leadership for the team to identify and implement opportunities for service enhancements.
- Manages and prioritizes information systems needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility through the use of Architecture Review Boards (ARB)s and Business Case Analysis.
- Takes a consultive approach to enhancing support for the customer, and keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends.
- Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements. May have budget responsibilities.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 15+ years of experience architecting and leading technical solutions implementation for Enterprise IT technical solutions, to include technology modernizations and ITSM integrations.
- Certified ITIL 4 Specialist High-Velocity IT or Certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional
- Cloud certification, at the “Professional” or technical specialty level, in at least one of the three major cloud service providers: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
- Experience managing and leading large systems engineering and operations programs, including teams of over 50 staff across different time zones.
- Managing IT Infrastructure engineering for a customer, supporting over 10,000+ users over multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevSecOps, and ITIL 4.
- Experience implementing technical and process changes in a highly complex infrastructure environment, preferably for a federal government customer.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., architects, operations personnel) to gather service requirements in support of design and delivery of service capabilities.
- Service Now certifications are preferred.
Security Clearance Level: The selected applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Public Trust.
Location: Remote. Expect to travel up to 25% of the time, mostly to the Washington, DC Metro area.
Timeline: This is a contingent posting, expected to start in September, 2025.

The likely salary range for this position is $202,462 - $273,920. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
