Cyber Program Director

Key Role:

Lead and contribute to the successful support and execution of large cyber programs. Direct all phases of contract execution and delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, and planning. Apply management, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve the implementation, deployment, and transition issues for all internal and external stakeholders. Define, implement, and manage a metrics-based approach to track implementation. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, in collaboration with other team leaders, to identify, assign, and align resources appropriate to the work to be performed, helping to build a dynamic, agile organization that can respond quickly to ad hoc demands while maintaining the necessary quality levels. Support the development of intellectual capital related to next-generation cyber opportunities, and support whitepapers and client discussions that help the team grow into new and adjacent business areas. Leverage expertise and relationships to assist with large-scale capture and solutioning efforts with teammates and technology partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering complex and large enterprise security integration projects in the federal government

  • 5+ years of experience in system engineering or system architecture, supporting a large Federal Civil government agency

  • Experience interfacing directly with senior government officials, such as CISO or CIO and contractor staff, including Program Managers

  • Experience with Cyber security tools or supporting IT security operations

  • Experience working in government contracting, financial and contracting acumen and with key stakeholders, regulations, contracting types, and GSA schedules

  • Experience with risk management, issue resolution, problem solving, and customer service

  • Experience managing capture and execution of business pipelines and working on system architectures, networks, and operations

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • PMP Certification

  • Experience developing business cases and pricing strategies to create new revenue streams and drive profitability

  • Ability to attract, inspire, develop, and empower diverse teams

  • Ability to exhibit a patient, friendly, and collaborative attitude, even under stressful circumstances

  • Possession of exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $158,800.00 to $295,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
