Manager, IT Security

Summary

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for a Manager, IT Security to manage the IT Security Account Management team. You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage team workload via ticket queue on complex, ambiguous account and access requests.
• Resolve escalated issues, create and implement process improvements and efficiencies within the team and IT.
• Oversee team documentation, cross training and ticket quality.
• Solicit feedback from business and other IT groups to create technical efficiencies and corresponding training and documentation.
• Prioritize work queue and delegate tasks to other members of the Security Account Management team. Coach team members on expertise and help in high queue volume.
• Provide feedback to other teams to improve cross team efficiencies.
• Identify and resolve process gaps. Participate and lead in projects to improve Security Account Management people, processes or technology.
• Work with teams inside and outside of IT to roadmap technology and process improvements.
• Lead people in an environment of empowerment by attracting, retaining and developing talent. Provide regular performance feedback as well as budget and manage resource and training needs for the team.
• Cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and training)
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or IT Security to include:
  • information security experience working in identity and access management (IAM)
  • Experience working in an Identity Governance and Administration tool
  • Proficiency in Identity Lifecycle and Segregation of Duty
• Prior supervisory experience with progressively advancing level of leadership responsibilities

Additional Qualifications

• Experience implementing process improvements
• Experience assigning and developing file and application permissions
• Experience with diagram process workflows
• Ability to use technology, create scripts or partner with development groups to improve identity and access management services
