As Armis grows rapidly, we are looking for an Integration Manager to be responsible for Armis’s product integration labs.
You will be a partner and strong collaborator in the R&D development cycle, empowering the company by implementing, managing, and supporting the integrations lab.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, design, and implementation of integration labs, including network and hardware infrastructure.
- Manage, maintain, and support deployed systems, products, and integrations from start to finish.
- Manage relationships with vendors and third-party providers to ensure effective support and service.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, asset management, and other key processes to maintain lab infrastructure.
- Research and implement new technologies, systems, and products based on R&D needs and evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure smooth integration processes, focusing on IT infrastructure and lab resources.
- Ensure end-to-end security, compatibility, and backup processes for all systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the company to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and manage daily operations.
- Create and maintain detailed integration documentation and "how-to" guides for internal teams.
- Develop and implement automation to optimize integration workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Lab Operations, DevOps, System Administration, or similar technical roles.
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure - LAN/WAN/WiFi networks design, implementation, and management.
- Extensive understanding of networking, protocols & architectures
- Experience managing lab resources and hardware inventory
- 4+ years of experience with OS administration and troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, Linux / Unix)
- 3+ years of experience with on-prem virtualization infrastructure administration (VMware & Nutanix)
- Proven track record of managing complex networking environments
- Demonstrated ability to optimize lab resource utilization and allocationDeep expertise in network segmentation and security best-practices
- Deep expertise with network tools (analyzer, monitoring, SIEM)
- Experience with advanced network security frameworks (ZTNA, DDI)
- Experience with network policies and processes (change management, configuration management…)
- 4+ years experience with systems administration (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Office 365, Intune)
- 4+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure administration (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- 3+ years of experience with infrastructure scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Powershell)
- APIs and integration technologies
- CCNP or equivalent level
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
- Excellent documentation capabilities
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in coordination with R&D and Product
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage research, troubleshooting, and task coordination and management to ensure timely delivery.
- High level of both spoken and written English
