Job Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Security Engineer to help design, implement, and maintain our organization's corporate security architecture. In this role, you will play a critical part in securing our networks, systems, endpoints, and SaaS applications. You will collaborate closely with IT, DevOps, and other teams to ensure that security policies and best practices are effectively implemented. You will also lead high-impact security projects, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), endpoint security, and BYOD initiative.

Responsibilities

Holistic Security Architecture:

• Design, maintain, and enhance the organization's corporate security architecture, covering networks, systems, endpoints, and SaaS applications.
• Continuously evaluate and implement security measures to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Security Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring and incident response.
• Conduct regular security assessments and manage the remediation program.

Vulnerability Management:

• Proactively identify and prioritize vulnerabilities across systems, applications, and endpoints.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of effective remediation plans and monitor progress.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, R&D, and other business units to implement security policies and technical procedures effectively.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote security awareness and educate employees on security best practices.

Project Leadership:

Lead critical security projects, including:

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Endpoint Security
• SaaS Application Security
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) security policies and controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering, SecOps, or IT Security, preferably in high-tech and fully cloud-based industries.
• Strong experience with Enterprise Security, SaaS Security, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Security, Email Security, Network Security, and similar security tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience with security incident response and investigation.

Skills & knowledge

• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, CIS).
• Strong understanding of security principles, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools.
• Solid understanding of system and security controls on Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
