Mobile security product solution manager (VP) – Tel Aviv

We are seeking a Mobile Security Product Solution Manager to join our Mobile Security Engineering team. This mid-level role combines product management, solution design, and project management responsibilities, allowing you to play a key part in defining the product vision, designing secure mobile solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of mobile security applications tailored for financial institutions.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product strategy, work closely with engineering team, and lead the project lifecycle of secure mobile applications. You will ensure that the product meets security, scalability, and compliance standards while managing all aspects of the project from idea to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for mobile security solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and create a clear product roadmap that addresses business needs.
  • Lead the design and architecture of mobile security solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and meet industry standards for encryption, authentication, data protection, and compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of a product backlog, ensuring that each item is well-defined with clear acceptance criteria and aligned with security priorities.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of mobile security applications, from initial concept through design, development, testing, and deployment. Ensure the product is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and compliance teams to ensure that the solution meets all technical and security requirements, and that it adheres to industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and manage risk, keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress, key milestones, risks, and potential blockers, adjusting plans and timelines as necessary.
  • Monitor the product's performance post-launch, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and define new features.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in mobile security, particularly within the financial services industry, and proactively recommend improvements to both product features and security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management, project management  or engineering management for mobile apps, a focus on security and/or financial services and advenatege.
  • Proven experience in solution design, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, compliance) to deliver complex mobile applications.
  • Understanding of mobile security technologies and best practices, such as secure coding, encryption, identity management, and secure mobile app development.
  • Ability to define and communicate product roadmaps, prioritize features, and gather customer feedback to drive product development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on both technical and business considerations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in *Computer Science*, *Engineering*, *Information Security*, *Business*, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Certifications in *Project Management* (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) and/or *Mobile Security* (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are an advantage.
