Job Description
Join our team and contribute to cutting-edge malware research! As a Student Malware Analyst, you'll play a key role in analyzing malicious software, tracking threat actors, and developing detection strategies. You'll gain hands-on experience in:
- Analyzing malware samples to understand their functionality.
- Tracking advanced threat actors and their Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Developing detection rules and mitigation strategies.
- Contributing to technical research reports and intelligence briefings.
We focus on understanding and mitigating advanced threats, offering you the opportunity to contribute to impactful cybersecurity research.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1.5 years remaining in your academic program.
- Availability to work 2-3 days per week (50% part-time role (that can be flexible during exams periods and the time between semesters.)).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Scripting/programming skills (Python preferred) for automation and data analysis.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in threat research, incident response, malware analysis, or security engineering.
- Familiarity with tracking advanced threat actors, their malware, infrastructure, and TTPs.
- Understanding of malware analysis concepts and common attack techniques.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and query languages.
