Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Associate Manager – Data Privacy to join our Product Security team.

Job Responsibilities:           

  • Contribute to privacy related governance, consultative, and assessment activities.
  • Serve as a tier one operational specialist to drive results, working as a consultative partner to cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Work in a generally independent manner following established procedures and processes, being occasionally directed and supervised, with clear objectives.  
  • Establish professional expertise within the organization, escalating complex situations to management where needed. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Adhere to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk. 

    

Required Qualifications:           

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Experience: 7 -10 Years 
  • Proficient in executing against well-defined procedures and processes.
  • Ability to create high-quality deliverables with minimal oversight.
  • Foundational technical expertise, including both business acumen and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to identify issues and contribute to problem-solving solutions.

 

   Preferred Qualifications:            

  • Some related experience in Privacy, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, or IT Audit.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand major cybersecurity frameworks (NIST/ISO).
  • Basic knowledge of industry leading privacy principles, practices, and technologies, including an understanding of significant related regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.)
  • Willingness to pursue a related professional certification(s): CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE, CISA, CRISC, CISM, and/or CISSP.
