Information & Communications Technology Compliance Lead

This role is an individual contributor on the Security Compliance team. This team member will apply his/her knowledge and skillsets to assist and lead tasks, in support of Telecommunication Disaster Management and Service Reliability related activities.  These activities may include coordinating updates to the Telecommunication Management Plan, Service Reliability standard or SOPs or gathering responses in support of our regulatory reporting and compliance related work. This team member can work independently and should be able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, yet remain flexible.  He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills, work well with others, and quickly learn our business.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Publish and maintain telecommunication disaster management policies 

• Support for development and maintenance of policies and procedures  

• Compliance requirements coordination and data gathering 

• Perform compliance assessments, report results, and track mitigation  

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to track, manage and improve processes and documentation 

• Report and communicate with government agencies such as Ministry of Science and ICT 

• Respond to regular or ad-hoc inspections/audits  

• Manage disaster management awareness-raising and training program development, operation, management, and evaluation 

Basic Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.  

• At least 8 ~ 10 years of experience in ICT, Telecommunication Disaster Management or Information Security. 

• Technically high-level experience and understanding of IT infrastructure, services, and cloud service  

• Experience in compliance monitoring and responding to government agencies such as Ministry of Science and ICT 

• Strong and effective communication skills  

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Understand telecommunication disaster management laws, regulation and policies.  

• C-suite and Board of Directors reporting experience.  

• Inspection of basic compliance matters such as the Telecommunication Business Act, and Framework Act on Broadcasting Communication Development. 

• Experience in leading and/or participating in Government Projects 

• Security certification holders (CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM, Other).  

• AWS experience.

• 통신 재난 관리 정책 게시 및 유지
• 정책 및 절차 개발 및 유지 지원
• 규정 준수 요구 사항 조정 및 데이터 수집
• 규정 준수 평가 수행, 결과 보고 및 완화 추적
• 주요 이해 관계자와 협력하여 프로세스 및 문서 추적, 관리 및 개선
• 과학기술정보통신부와 같은 정부 기관에 보고 및 커뮤니케이션
• 정기 또는 임시 검사/감사에 대응재난 관리 인식 제고 및 교육 프로그램 개발, 운영, 관리 및 평가 관리

기본 자격:

• 학사 학위
• ICT, 통신 재난 관리 또는 정보 보안 분야에서 최소 8~10년의 경험
• 기술적으로 높은 수준의 경험과 IT 인프라, 서비스 및 클라우드 서비스에 대한 이해
• 과학기술정보통신부와 같은 정부 기관에 대한 규정 준수 모니터링 및 대응 경험
• 강력하고 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 기술

선호 자격:

• 통신 재난 관리법, 규정 및 정책을 이해합니다.
• C-suite 및 이사회 보고 경험.
• 전기통신사업법 및 방송통신개발기본법과 같은 기본 규정 준수 사항 검사.
• 정부 프로젝트를 주도 및/또는 참여한 경험
• 보안 인증 소지자(CISA, CISSP, ISO27001, CISM, 기타).
• AWS 경험.
