TITLE: Senior Cloud Security Engineer

LOCATION(S): Orlando/Tampa is preference but will consider other locations

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team.  This role will be based out of any of our offices.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a medium to large enterprise and hold appropriate Azure and AWS security-related certifications. The successful candidate will have proven success in implementing various Azure, O365, and AWS security capabilities and controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuable cyber security outcomes while providing a favorable employee experience
• Secure business applications and computing environments across public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructures
• Protect business applications according to privacy, security, business resiliency, and compliance frameworks
• Actively monitor, assess, and recommend tactical and strategic initiatives based on new and emerging threats
• Develop and maintain secure, resilient enterprise-grade cloud processes
• Maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level language
• Expertise in cloud networking, architecture, and operations
• Azure, O365, and AWS security design and management
• 3-5 years experience in cybersecurity as a practitioner
• Embody trust, dignity, integrity and accountability
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and action-oriented
• Driven to learn, experiment, and fail forward
• Experience inspiring and coaching others

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing controls from NIST CSF, CIS Critical Controls, or ISO 27001
• Practical knowledge of Agile project management and DevSecOps practices
• Experience using the CIS Benchmarks to deliver secure services
• Current cyber security certifications
• Salesforce security administration
