IAM Specialist

Serves as an Identity and Access Management specialist for all users that have access to DN systems or devices. Delivers value by supporting tools and processes designed to facilitate the lifecycle of a user's identity through the joiner, mover, and leaver processes. Provides technical advice and coaching to Identity Provisioning Team and Helpdesk employees as required. Collaborates with Information Security and senior IT technical support to address and resolve complex Identity and Access Management issues and problems. Acts as a strategic advisor to the global organization and provides subject matter expertise on all areas associated with Identity and Access Management.

• Gains understanding of, and competence of how access is provisioned within the global organization.
• With guidance, performs basic level 1 support and IAM duties including: Responding to calls, chats and self-service tickets.
• Triaging and resolving employee access issues and requests.
• Assisting with initial troubleshooting of automated access provisioning issues.
• Escalating issues beyond scope to more senior colleagues / Level 2 teams.
• Developing and updating issue-related technical documentation.
• Developing and updating end user documentation for IAM automation technologies.
• Assists with the creation of Role Based Access Control profiles.
• Follows standard IAM processes and procedures.
• Assists with special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken). 
• Knowledge of SailPoint or other IAM related tools.
• Knowledge of Identity Access Management related activities.
• Experience integrating identity management, access management, access governance into infrastructure and applications.
• Knowledge of General Active Directory / Azure Identity Management.
• Knowledge of Security Regulations (SOX, PCI, GLBA) is advantage.
• Certifications a plus
