We are currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our National Science Foundation (NSF) customer.

Place of Performance: Silver Spring, MD

Start Date: Immediate 

Clearance: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical knowledge and analysis of Cloud applications and environments. 
• Subject matter specialist for the implementation of cloud-based designs, integration, and documentation. 
• Assist with the evaluation and preparation of system improvements, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts. 
• High level knowledge of cloud computing and protection of data stored in the cloud. Experience in working on special projects that follow software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
•  Generation & maintenance of assigned deliverables. 

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Cyber Security
• IASAE Level III certification (Security+, CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification)
• Experience in deploying secure systems in government or military environments
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of NIST security controls and the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Understanding of system security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
• High level knowledge of cloud computing and protection of data stored in the cloud. Experience in working on special projects that follow software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading an Enterprise-wide program with departmental stakeholders
• Ability to develop and implement a security program that align with strategic initiatives and emerging technologie
