Key Responsibilities

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will:

1. Advise and Implement Security Solutions:
   • Support the selection and adaptation of security technologies.
   • Oversee the seamless integration of system updates within classified infrastructures.
2. Ensure Data Security:
   • Maintain secure data flows and backups within protected networks.
   • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize vulnerabilities, threats, and risks.
   • Propose and implement mitigating measures tailored to urgency and impact.
3. Policy and Documentation:
   • Document security measures and manage related policies and procedures.
   • Validate compliance through Statements of Compliance and Security Operations (SecOPs) documents.
4. Technical Leadership:
   • Lead efforts to design, optimize, and secure critical system components, such as:
     • Active Directory: Authentication protocols, user management, and group policies.
     • Switches and Network Equipment: Configuration and security optimization.
     • Virtualization Technology: Secure architecture for classified systems.
     • Backup Solutions: Implementation of business continuity measures.
     • VPN and Firewalls: Design and manage secure encrypted connections and firewall configurations.
     • Crypto Security Principles: Apply encryption techniques to ensure data confidentiality.

Technical Skills Required

You must bring deep expertise in the following areas:

• Active Directory: Advanced design, security, and management.
• Switches and Network Hardware: Comprehensive knowledge of configuration and optimization.
• Infrastructure Architecture: Understanding network, system architectures, and virtualized environments.
• Backup Systems: Proficiency in implementing and managing resilient solutions.
• Firewall and VPN Technologies: Vendor-independent knowledge and practical experience.
• Cryptography: Practical application of encryption principles and methodologies.

Experience and Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT security roles with demonstrable expertise in architecture and design for classified systems.
• Security Clearance: Possess (or be eligible for) accreditation at the Secret UE/EU Secret level.
• Ethical Standards: Display high integrity, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive information.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch or French, with active English proficiency.
