Purpose of Job

Manage SAP GRC solutions and access controls to ensure compliance, security, and risk mitigation across SAP/ERP platforms. Collaborate across portfolios to integrate governance requirements and maintain robust operational and IT change support aligned with best practices.

Key Accountabilities

• Configure and maintain SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Risk Management, and Process Control.

• Design and enforce enterprise-wide access management policies, including segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.

• Perform risk assessments and audits to maintain compliance with governance standards like SOX.

• Contribute to solution evaluation and selection in the Discover & Describe phases, ensuring governance integration.

• Participate in platform lifecycle management, including optimization, upgrades, and compliance checks.

• Drive AI Ops adoption for automation of security monitoring and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with Service Integration teams and vendors to deliver secure, integrated solutions.

• Maintain platform SLAs and KPIs related to security and access controls

Formal Education

Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.

Min Experience

6+ years in SAP security, GRC solutions, and access management or SAP GRC Certification with 10+ years related experience

Certification

SAP GRC Certification, ITIL 4 Foundation, COBIT 5, and relevant security credentials.
