This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: Responsible for configuring and maintaining security devices and products, including firewalls, web app firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security solutions, etc.

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Conducting routine log review of information security events and investigating and responding as necessary.
  • Maintaining and enhancing monitoring capabilities to ensure the Integrity of our systems and networks.
  • Acting as a core member of the Incident Response Team, triaging, responding to and reporting incidents and associated metrics.
  • Administering and maintaining security products (phishing training, vulnerability management, web application firewall, SIEM, IDS, IPS, EDR, etc).
  • Acting as subject matter expert for Security Operations Infrastructure and interfacing with other operational teams around the organization.
  • Participating in on-call rotation. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our information systems.
  • Conducting risk-based evaluation of policy exception requests. Participating In and assisting with audits of information security programs (FedRAMP, SOX, GDPR, SOC2, HITRUST).
  • Coordinating and participating in external assessments of our information security (risk assessment, penetration test, incident response tabletop).

Desired Qualifications:

  • U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, antivirus tools, firewalls, email monitoring, two-factor authentication, AWS environment, AWS security tools, Python scripting, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR, CVE, CVSS, SOX, SOC2, GDPR, and HIPPA is required.
