IT Security / PAM Engineer

Whirr Crew is looking for a Prague-based IT SECURITY / PAM Engineer for CZ PAM implementation.

Responsibilities:- cooperations on architecture, design and implementation Privileged Access Management solutions in organization- hands-on integrations of IT components to PAM solutions with cooperation of IT administrators and IT assets owners- hands-on onboarding and activation of privileged accounts of IT assets (storage, servers, platforms, applications...) into central PAM solutions with cooperation of technical and project teams- analysis of PAM requirements, elaborating and presenting the requirements and needs to different parties (administrators, business owners, assets owners, business analysts)- alignment of PAM policies, procedures with industry best-practices and internal compliance requirements- development of PAM guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and working instructions for appropriate persons (administrators, IT asses owners,...)- cooperation on project management planning for PAM topics Desired Candidate Profile:- mastering in Identity, Access and Privileged Access Management concepts, capability to understand the Authentication, Authorization and Governance topics- implementation experience of PAM based projects in mid to large-size organizations- experience in the design, engineering, and deployment of CyberArk Privileged Access Management in general- practical experience with implementation of PAM in other country (CyberArk implementation with all specifics, processes, and setting) is highly desirable and welcomed- at least fundamental technical experience and understanding in integrating, administering of IT systems (storage, servers, platforms) and applications and ability to quickly learn basics if needed- very good grasp of cybersecurity concepts and IT security best-practices in organization- ability to analyze, consult and present the PAM requirements and needs to assets owners and to administrators- proactive and creative thinker, analytical problem-solver with ability to work under time pressure
