Position Summary:

The Compliance Analyst, Distribution role will support the Registered Funds Operations (Reg Fund Ops) department within Distribution.  

Responsibilities associated with Reg Fund Ops will aid in servicing mutual fund and ETF clients by assisting ACA Foreside’s Dealer Services, ETP Operations, NSCC Operations and Marketing Production teams with routine tasks and special projects.

 

The Compliance Analyst, Distribution may perform the following duties: 
 

  1. Assist NSCC Ops team with tasks associated with Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) systems, price and rate files for sales reporting clients, and other NSCC related projects as needed. 

  2. Support Reg Fund Ops teams with maintaining database of agreements in contract management system and assist with other contract related projects.  

  3. Assist Marketing Production team with production/review of board reports for legal underwriting clients. 

  4. Liaise with various operations teams dependent on assignments.  

  5. Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure deadlines are met. 

  6. Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA Foreside’s various client and internal initiatives. 

 

Required Education and Experience:
 

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services
