About the role

We’re now looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to support our growth and join our Central I.T team! Reporting directly to the Head of Security, your main goal is to

conduct simulated attacks against the company, our products and infrastructure to find new vulnerabilities so we could fix them before it will be exploited! 🚀

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Penetration testing

  • Finding new attack surfaces.

  • Conducting penetration testing of web applications and infrastructure.

  • Working with technical teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities


2. Red teaming

  • Simulating realistic attacks against the company.


3. Incident response

  • Analyzing information security incidents.

4. Knowledge sharing

  • Helping the teams up their game in cyber security.


What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.

    • In the first 6 months, you will be expected to become familiar with our specific technology stacks, which may differ from your previous experience.

    • You will encounter projects with varying levels of complexity. Successfully navigating these complexities and delivering quality solutions is a key challenge.

In addition, our expectations in terms of Hard & Soft skills include:

  • Degree or equivalent knowledge in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • Deep knowledge of penetration testing.
  • Ability to read and understand code in multiple programming languages.
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proven track record of professional and ethical conduct (background check should be expected.)
  • Passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Proven adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Leadership capabilities, including the mentorship of junior team members and the ability to lead by example.
  • Take full ownership of projects, ensuring their successful execution and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical colleagues.

Bonus Points for:

  • Expert-level familiarity with web standards.

  • Good command of 2+ programming languages.

  • Proven track record of high-quality results (CVEs, bug bounty activity, write-ups, etc.)

  • Proactive initiative in identifying and addressing critical issues and challenges.

  • Passion for cultivating a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
