Year End Bonus

As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an analytical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Must have experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Strong understanding of Windows patch management including WSUS, SCCM and other Windows Technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of IT engineering experience
• Exposure to various hardware platforms to include HPE and Lenovo server hardware and HP desktops/laptops.
• Experience with Virtualization technologies including VMware ESX/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
• Experience with software update and deployment systems and methodologies.
• Experience working with vulnerability management tools, and remediation activities.
• Minimum of one year experience implementing and migrating systems running Windows Server 2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016
• Minimum of one year experience supporting server and desktop operating systems and infrastructure software and hardware in a medium to large environment (500 servers/desktops or more)
• Good understanding of operational practices and requirements to operate in a high availability and secure environment, and
• Experience working in an organization utilizing formal processes such as Change Management, Incident/Problem Management and Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing.
