The IT Security Officer will ensure robust security practices, compliance with industry standards, and effective management of security risks across the security services.

Responsibilities:

  • Essential security reporting
  • Monthly contact to vulnerability & risk management
  • Strategic security planning, and regulatory reviews and meetings.
  • Reporting status of the services to stakeholders and take actions to resolve issues related to the service.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and advancements in security technologies.
  • Security roadmap - In collaboration with the customer, The IT Security Officer help to develop a security roadmap, based on the customers current security posture, including its strengths, weaknesses, threats and risks.
  • Risk Management - Establish and manage a risk log, holding risks identified, by Aeven or the customer including the contracted services and agreed security controls.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with customer facing role where you advised/consult/guide customer on his cybersecurity needs.
  • Vulnerability assessment, malware types, attack vectors.
  • You have a great understanding of cybersecurity in general.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, security concepts like Firewalls, IDS/IPS and cloud environments.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux Operating systems.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
