The Senior Engineer will define, plan, and estimate tasks to complete system functionality based on user stories. You will collaboratively participate in all areas of delivery from design, development and test in accordance with team standards. You are a self-starter that demonstrates excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You have practical experience in an Agile role with demonstrated ability to adopt Agile values, principles and methodologies.
Additional responsibilities encompass technical documentation development, support, problem management, change management, reporting, budgeting, and planning for identity management initiatives.
How you will do it
Analyze, configure, develop, test, document, and implement scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
Adhere to company IT architecture, design patterns, and development standards.
Follow defined change management guidelines and corporate regulations.
Integrate identity management processes to resolve system and technology issues.
Support identification and resolution of application and technical issues.
Develop the IAM Roadmap and conduct security assessments and tool evaluations.
Adapt to various technology interfaces and frameworks.
Focus on delivering high-quality solutions and improving customer experience and operational excellence, with awareness of scalability.
Help define implementation roadmaps and management infrastructure requirements.
What we look for
Required
Overview of current development technologies and environments.
Familiarity with Entra ID (previously Azure AD) or Okta.
Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions like BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea.
Experience supporting and securing Active Directory infrastructure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with Single Sign-On Federation using SAML, OpenID Connect, or OAuth 2.0 standards.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and methods.
Strong project management skills and global experience.

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2,300 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
