As a Threat Intelligence Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ability to attract and hire experts in cyber threat intelligence. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of hires in this critical area.

The impact you’ll have here:

  • Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that identifies and attracts top talent in threat intelligence, enhancing TRM’s capabilities to address global security challenges.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles in threat intelligence, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates with expertise in areas like threat hunting, malware analysis, and incident response.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to uncover diverse talent pools and engage candidates with exceptional skills in intelligence and security.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring each interaction reinforces TRM’s values and mission.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, leveraging insights and data to increase efficiency and hiring success rates.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on cybersecurity, intelligence, or other highly specialized technical roles within high-growth, US-based tech startups.
  • Proven success hiring for niche, hard-to-fill positions using advanced sourcing tools, market research, and tailored outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in threat intelligence.
  • Expertise in recruiting metrics and analytics, including the ability to analyze conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline data to inform hiring strategies and advise stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and resilience to quickly learn about new, highly technical roles and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance to hiring managers and maintain transparency through regular updates.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a relentless focus on achieving ambitious outreach, sourcing, and hiring goals.

About the Team:

  • We are a fully remote, globally distributed talent team that thrives on asynchronous communication and collaboration.
  • Structured processes, including weekly hiring syncs and sourcing reviews, ensure alignment and enable us to solve challenges collectively.
  • We’re passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, both for internal stakeholders and candidates, while maintaining a high bar for data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • While operating across multiple time zones, team members maintain at least a 4-hour overlap with PST business hours to enable real-time collaboration.

Learn about TRM Speed in this position:

  • Within 72 hours of receiving a position, you schedule the intake meeting, open the position in the ATS, post the description, design the interview process, configure the interview plan. 
  • Within week of opening a position, you have conducted 5-10 Recruiter Screens and have conducted the first sync with the Hiring Team for calibration.
  • Two weeks after the initial interviews, you analyze the data to identify what is and isn’t driving pass rates and conversions. You share your insights and recommendations with the hiring team to refine and optimize the search, and you continue to monitor and adjust the approach until the position is filled.
