What You'll Do:
- Review the company's internal trading and information security policies and develop clear, engaging content to educate and reinforce these policies to staff.
- Manage and support smooth operation of the firm’s compliance program on a daily basis
- In-depth knowledge of Arcesium policies, procedures and guidelines on Prevention of insider trading, personal trading, conflict of interest, etc.
- Track and record employee requests for submission of disclosures, pre-approval requests, or any specific questions regarding company policies
- Address employee concerns or questions on compliance
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes as part of the Annual Compliance Training program
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify gaps/improvement areas
- Plan and conduct new hire induction and obtain employee acknowledgment of various compliance policies and procedures.
What You'll Need:
• BSc/BA in Finance, Business administration or a related field
• 0 to 2 years of relevant risk management/ compliance experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to acquire and develop skills needed to perform compliance roles
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information
