Job Description

Your Task’s

• Operation, policy management, event analysis and reporting of different antimalware solution
• Responsible for maintaining, managing, and administering the antispam and encryption environments, including daily monitoring tasks
• Advisory and support services to customer with regards of the above products and their operation.
• Collaboration with various teams, vendors, and colleagues across the globe
• Managing and maintaining different platforms
• Incident handling and Change management
• Preparing and introduction of new releases
• Creating and updating processes

Qualifications

• At least intermediate English language skill. German language skill is recommended
• Basic understanding of network design, infrastructure, and components
• Basic understanding of Linux and Microsoft products
• Basic understanding of different mailing systems
• Basic knowledge of encryption and certificates
• Customer-oriented approach and precision
• Quick understanding of complex problems
• Familiar with ITIL processes
• Good communication skill
• Team player attitude
