Key Accountabilities

· Collaborate with other security engineers and IT staff.

· Translate technical documentation and communications between English and Japanese as needed.

· Actively participate in training programs to develop security expertise.

· Manage daily operations of the Privilege Access Management (PAM) console, including account onboarding, credential management, and troubleshooting.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Other relevant degrees will be considered).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese (Japanese fluency is a MUST).

· At least 1-2 years IT Background

· Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and technical concepts.

· Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in security principles and PAM/MFA systems.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Experience in IT support or a related field is a plus.

· N2 JLPT certification preferred; equivalent language proficiency may be assessed for qualified candidates.

 

Key Performance Indicators

· Percentage of customer problems resolved within required timescales. Meeting service level requirements.

· 100% Training compliance on plotted trainings for the entire fiscal year.

· Evidence of sharing and re-use of knowledge.

· Feedback from customers, colleagues and team managers.
