As a Security Specialist, you will play a key role in developing implementing, and enforcing of Data Loss Prevention policies to ensure comprehensive data security over Nasdaq environment.

With this position we offer

 The main objective for the Information security team in Bangalore is to protect the organisation’s data and information system’s from unauthorized disclosure, disruption, modification or destruction. As our new member, you will work with a group of enthusiastic and experienced team members. Together with your team, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data across our enterprise by designing and maintaining effective DLP solutions.

Your role and responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain DLP policies and solutions for securing Office 365, Email, SAAS applications and network data.

 Supervise and analyze DLP alerts to identify and mitigate potential data leakage incidents.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with organizational data protection policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data security controls and best practices.

- Provide technical expertise and support for the integration of DLP solutions into the existing IT infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain documentation for DLP systems, including policies, procedures, and configurations.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in DLP technologies and data protection regulations.

We expect you to have 


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Information Security domain with a demonstrable record of implementing and managing security standards across the organization
  • Experienced knowledge on DLP tools such as Microsoft Purview, Palo Alto, and Zscaler.
  • Solid grasp of data classification, encryption, and data protection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
  • Experience in implementing and managing cloud-based DLP solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.

It would be great if you have

  • Certification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Sound knowledge of AWS security tools.
