Company Description

During this event, you will receive an introduction to ethical hacking at KPMG. Our expert team will demonstrate our approach and share valuable techniques. You will have the opportunity to apply what you've learned by participating in hands-on challenges, where you and a group of peers will simulate a cyber-attack on a fictional organization. The objective is to apply hacking methodologies to uncover 'flags' and earn points for your team. Whether you are curious about hacking, interested in pursuing it as a profession, or simply enjoy technical challenges, don't miss out—sign up now as spots are limited!

 

KPMG's Blue Hat Hackers team

Within KPMG, the Blue Hat Hackers team is dedicated to addressing a wide range of cyber issues, including penetration testing and red teaming. As part of this team, members are actively involved in organizing and participating in events focused on cybersecurity and hacking. At the upcoming Cybergame event, Blue Hat Hackers team members will be available to elaborate on their work and provide insights into the challenges they encounter at KPMG, offering visitors the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the role of an ethical hacker within the organization.

    Qualifications

    What you will bring?

    • You are approaching the final stage of your studies (3rd year HBO, 2-3rd year University or Master) in the field of IT/Cybersecurity or have just completed your studies.
    • A passion for Cybersecurity and solving technical security issues.
    • An analytical, critical and curious way of thinking.
    • Proficiency in English and preferably also in Dutch.
