cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting US Courts in Washington, DC. This position has remote capabilities. This position requires an active Public Trust clearance and must meet 8570 requirements.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- A minimum of seven (7) years total project management related experience
- 3 years of experience as a Program Manager supporting a “large” or Government organization
- Minimum of 5 years experience with the Cyber Security industry to include policies and procedures, technical standards, and methods
- Minimum of 7 years experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and other project management tools
- Minimum of 7 years experience coordinating the efforts of subcontractors, team members
- Minimum of 7 years experience with general management and auditing techniques for identifying problems, gathering, and analyzing pertinent information, forming conclusions, developing solutions and implementing plans consistent with management goals
- Minimum of 5 years experience in planning, managing and providing guidance pertaining to Forensics and Malware Analysis and Threat Hunting Services.
- Minimum of 7 years experience and accountability for the technical correctness, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and the implementation and measurement of corporate and client quality standards and methodologies
- Must be able to work 80% (Monday thru Thursday) onsite at AOUSC office in Washington, DC

- Establish/maintain a comprehensive Threat Hunting/Forensics and Malware Analysis Services program that fulfills all PWS requirements and aligns with cFocus corporate Human Resources/Operations/Accounting objectives, including:
- Staff Management that enables efficient employee onboarding, offboarding, training, and daily monitoring;
- Quality Management that enables efficient employee performance measurement, rewards/acknowledgement, and preventative/corrective actions
- Customer Management that enables seamless customer communication/collaboration and contract growth opportunities
- Budget Management that ensure fulfillment of corporate budget & profitability expectations
- Provide comprehensive management, monitoring, control, and leadership of all contract-related activities in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
- Continuously and effectively collaborate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to develop and maintain detailed work plans in accordance with government priorities to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, and integration aspects of the contract.
- Continuously monitor the performance of this contract and provide the AO with a timely assessment of program progress, risks, issues, and proposed solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure compliance with all the contract requirements.
- Organize daily program tasks throughout all stages of the program lifecycle.
- Manage milestones and ensure that targets are being tracked, escalating when targets are at risk in a timely manner.
- Support communication efforts to Judiciary customers and stakeholders.
- Track and communicate information related to unresolved issues as well as their status and actions taken.
- Ensure alignment of program deliverables to program outcomes for operational efficiency.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain a Program Management Plan and Integrated Master Schedule which will include:
- Activities and project tracking schedules, including milestones and deliverables for all tasks supported with any dependencies and prerequisites mapped
- Risk registers and risk and issue mitigation strategies for all risks
- A plan to monitor and track program and task performance to ensure on time service delivery
- Process to resolve management and programmatic issues
- Identification of all interdependencies
- Additional project management plans for new tasks as they are required
- Provide a monthly Program Status Report (PSR) on the activities and milestones completed and deliverables submitted for each task for the past month
- Prepare and deliver a senior management level monthly Program Progress Review (PPR) consisting of a summary of all completed and in process task activities, planned task activities, issues, and performance metrics
- Establish milestones and activities that are planned for the next reporting period
- Provide a Quality Control Plan that defines program controls and how quality will be monitored and maintained. The Quality Control Plan shall include the approach and strategy to:
- Meet contract deliverable requirements and quality standards.
- Measure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to schedules set by the Government
- Train staff on necessary tools and current topics to be able to meet contractual requirements
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of information including specific court information
- Document and manage risks, issues, and corrective actions. The Program Manager has the responsibility to escalate or raise issues and concerns and serve as a communication and escalation point for the Government.
- Ensure all PWS performance standard-related deliverables are created, submitted on time, and accepted by the government. The performance standard-related deliverables include:
- Hunt Hypothesis
- Hunt Reports
- Advanced SME IR Support
- Incident Reports
- Forensics Reports
- Malware Analysis Reports
