Skills and Technologies:Must Have:* Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecommunications/Network or Network Security.* Expertise in Firewalls, TCP/IP, IPSec VPN, HTTP(S), DNS, etc.* Experience with public cloud networking principles (Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud) or Cloud Proxy.* Strong knowledge of at least one Network Security technology: Fortinet Firewalls, F5 BIG-IP, IPSec VPN, or Web Proxy.* Ability to work independently and handle tasks under time and workload pressure.* Excellent English communication skills.Nice to Have:* Experience with scripting and automation.* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), such as Terraform.* Familiarity with automation practices.
Responsibilities:* Provide 2nd-level support for cloud-deployed network security services, including firewalls, web proxies, load balancing, and DNS.* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems, liaising with external vendors to maintain service levels.* Ensure all infrastructure changes follow the change management process, with appropriate documentation.* Implement and maintain solutions in line with agreed standards.* Handle customer queries via phone or email and deliver additional requests from supervisors.
