Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Summary Position

Responsable to manage activities regarding Security and compliace area, monitoring Global KPIs and work together with the markets to stablish properly priorities and guarentee Kpis and measures under compliance. 

A day in the life of…

- Responsable to manage Security and Compliance activities according to Global KPIs. 
- Create user guides and documentation to facilitate self-help resources. 
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 
- Follow up with Market and Regional Teams to guarentee KPIs and report results.
- Working close of markets to anticipate future problems and minimize impacts.
- Working with the Markets audit processes (preparation and execution).
- Market and Team meetings to report results and KPIs targets. 
- Elaborate and monitor Weekly and Monthly Reports.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is welcome.
• English is mandatory.
• Graduated (or ongoing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related areas.
