Job Title (Job Code): Cybersecurity Change Management Coordinator
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Cybersecurity Change Management Coordinator is responsible for increasing the Cybersecurity awareness level of Alstom users targeting the Cybersecurity being part of the Alstom culture. He/She is responsible for designing, leading, monitoring and/or executing change management strategies for Cybersecurity. In doing so, ensure the systematic use of Alstom’s change management framework.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee awareness and culture of Cybersecurity and minimize risks related to users’ behavior
- Apply a structured methodology, templates and processes
- Lead change management activities
- Support communication efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Monitor and report on the progress of change management activities, ensuring alignment with yearly roadmap goals and timelines
- Collaborate with various departments, including corporate communication, HR, and other services, to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
- Provide input, document requirements, and lead the design and delivery of the following :
- Training programs
- Phishing simulations
- Cyber weeks or months
- Dedicated communications
- Specific events
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- University degree – master’s degree (MA/MSc) in Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent
Desirable:
- Change management degree
Experience Describe the knowledge and experience required for this role
Mandatory:
- Multi-sectorial business experience of 2+ years
- Experience in a highly international environment
- Experience in change management
Desirable:
- Experience in IT (applications/infrastructures/security)

- Capacity to understand, encompass, analyze and synthetize complex issues, present a synthetic view, propose orientations/ find operational solutions
- Strong writing, formatting, editorial and presentation/oral skills

- General knowledge on digitalization (new and existing technologies)
- General knowledge on cybersecurity concepts and controls
