Your work profile

As a Azure AD B2C CIAM Developer in our Cyber: Identity Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a Azure AD B2C CIAM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing user-friendly identity management solutions.\Your role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to understand their IAM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

1. You will design and implement Azure AD B2C tenant configurations to manage customer identity and access.
2. You will create custom policies and user flows (sign-up, sign-in, password reset, and profile editing) using Azure AD B2C.
3. You will integrate OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols for secure authentication and authorization.
4. You will develop secure, scalable, and user-centric CIAM solutions tailored to business requirements.
5. You will configure APIs for B2C applications to secure backend services using Azure AD B2C-issued tokens.
6. You will implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) and adaptive authentication mechanisms.
7. You will monitor and analyze the performance of CIAM solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Azure AD logs.
8. You will implement identity protection measures like risk-based conditional access.
9. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues.

Desired Qualifications & Roles and Responsibilities:

• 4+Years of relevant experience in working as an developer in Azure AD with Strong knowledge of Azure AD B2C, Azure Identity Services, and CIAM principles.
• Ability to articulate complex technical designs into requirements for consumption by delivery squads.
• A willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of different technology stacks for organization.
• Influence business by becoming key, trusted security advisor to senior stakeholder groups as well as various Business Units
• Experience with reviewing vendor contracts and embedding relevant security clauses.
• Deep understanding of security architecture, with the ability to develop, evaluate and review as well as design secure solutions which facilitate scalability, extensibility and reusability.
• Knowledge and understanding of threat modelling methodologies and common tactics, techniques, and procedures in agile environments.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and security controls such as network security, IAM, data protection and logging
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and the complexities of securely deploying applications to the cloud
• Develop and maintain re-usable security architecture and design patterns for consumption.
• Strong understanding of attack vectors and ability to design and articulate security controls in an agile environment to protect against them.
• Familiarity demonstrated knowledge and experience in securing cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Container, and infrastructure as code deployments.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements such as APRA CPS234
• Industry / academic accreditations / certifications in Security, Architecture, Cloud or

Technology disciplines preferred (e.g., CISSP, SABSA, CCSP, AWS, GCP, Bachelor Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)

Location and way of working

• Base location: PAN INDIA
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations.
