Job Description

TechStyleOS is currently looking for an Information Security Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead hands-on administration of security tools, deploy new security systems, and champion organizational security initiatives. The Information Security Manager will oversee a growing team of security analysts and collaborate with leadership to enhance TechStyle's security posture and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR standards.

This role reports directly to the VP of IT Operations & Security.

How Do You Fit In?

The Information Security Manager has a critical, hands-on role responsible for the administration and deployment of security tools and technologies. You will directly manage a team of two analysts and lead key security initiatives to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of TechStyle's systems and data. You will work collaboratively across teams, present to leadership, and co-lead compliance and audit efforts with the VP of IT Operations & Security.

What you can bring:

  • 10+ years of technical experience in systems and/or network administration, with 5+ years in cybersecurity.
  • Recommended 3 Years Specific IDS/IPS, SIEM, Vulnerability Management & Remediation Techniques, Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Detection & Response
  • Demonstrated administrative experience with systems & tools such as:
    • Active Directory
    • Proofpoint
    • Cloudflare WAF & Bot Protection
    • CrowdStrike
    • Qualys Vulnerability Management
    • CyberArk Endpoint & Privilege Access Management
    • ZeroFox
    • Palo Alto & Fortigate Firewalls
  • Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience leading key projects & initiatives
  • Exceptional mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISM

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and mentor a team of security analysts, fostering growth and technical expertise.
  • Administer and oversee security tools, ensuring optimal performance and coverage.
  • Deploy and configure new security systems to enhance the organization’s cybersecurity posture.
  • Manage and maintain compliance with PCI DSS, SOX, and GDPR requirements.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities using tools like: SIEM, Qualys, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk.
  • Collaborate with leadership to present security updates and champion organizational security initiatives.
  • Drive security awareness initiatives and ensure best practices are followed across the organization.

  • This role is offered remote, but it is preferred to be based In our El Segundo, CA headquarters.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $140,000-$150,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
