We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Team Lead to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers, oversee the design and development of cutting-edge web application of our product flagship VelocityXDR, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, combined with your leadership abilities, will be essential in driving our projects to success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack and frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web application using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Ensure code quality and best practices through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of the projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of proven experience as a full stack developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications
• Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team of developers.
• Strong backend development skills and familiarity with Python and Node.js (at least 3 years of experience).
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript, and modern frameworks / libraries like ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Snowflake – great advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make technical decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - advantage
