ADACOM is seeking a passionate Cyber Security Engineer to join our Solutions Delivery Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cyber security solutions in a collaborative environment. You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, managing, and supporting solutions focused on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint Encryption, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Database Protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Deploy, and Operate Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Encryption, Document Labeling, and Database Protection solutions across diverse vendor platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance ADACOM’s knowledge base for technologies and services in Information Protection, Identity Security, Encryption, and Privileged Access Management.
  • Execute projects to exceed client expectations, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Recognize new opportunities within client organizations and support the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
  • Documentation & Troubleshooting: Create detailed documentation for installations, and lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
  • Technical Support: Escalate and participate in resolving advanced technical issues as needed.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • Hands-on experience in security solutions such as DLP, PAM, and Endpoint Encryption is preferred (2-3 years).
    • Prior experience in enterprise infrastructure support is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of computer security concepts.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Security solutions (e.g., MS Purview), Symantec Cyber Security Solutions, and IBM Guardium is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
    • Ability to document processes and explain technical details to diverse audiences.

 

Certifications

Having one of the following certifications will be a nice addition:

  • Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (sc-400)
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity & Access Administrator Associate (sc-300)
  • IBM Certified Administrator - Security Guardium v11.x
  • CyberArk Certified Defender - PAM
  • CyberArk Certified  Sentry - PAM
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer PAM (CDE-PAM)
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer CPC (CDE-CPC)
  • SCS Symantec Data Loss Prevention 15.5 or 16 Administrator
  • SCS Symantec Administration of CloudSoc
  • Trellix Certified Product Specialist: Data Loss Prevention Endpoint (DLPe)
  • Trellix Certified Product Specialist: ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO)
