WHAT YOU'LL DO

The job primarily involves the maintenance of the current endpoint security system and the corresponding endpoint module using tools such as EPP, EDR, and XDR. It also involves the management of global endpoint security operations which includes addressing support tickets, providing technical consultation at a 3rd level capacity, coordinating with stakeholders and other services that drive the solution, analyzing events and reporting, and leading operation calls and support across regions of APJ, EMEA, and AMER. The role also encompasses managing endpoint security implementation projects, which includes stages of pilot testing, deployment, and continuous improvement service.

Moreover, the role requires delivering security training and transferring knowledge to 1st and 2nd level support, as well as end-users. As a part of the Global Secure Service team, the employee will work in close proximity to a team of experts and cover the client security aspect of the business services. The product areas dealt with are not limited to but include Microsoft Defender for endpoint stack and other endpoint security prevention solutions.

The key role remains the provision of 3rd level support for all the point products supported by the Microsoft Defender for endpoint and other similar security prevention solutions. The employee is responsible for maintaining the infrastructure in cooperation with the global team and drafting support and process documentations aligning to the Agile approach and ITIL framework.

WHAT YOU BRING

• The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree and any relevant security certifications.
• They should have 3 - 6 years of industry experience in endpoint security, including antivirus, incident management, and vulnerability management in a production environment.
• Skills like Microsoft Intune CSP, advance hunting, defender API and other security solutions like Trellix ENS, are required.
• A solid understanding of multiple operating systems, an emphasis on endpoint security, is imperative.
• Deep knowledge of endpoint security, including the ability to manage policies, deployment, and reporting, is crucial. Proficiency in compliance reporting such as Microsoft PowerBI, is essential.
• Experience in Agile project management, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, robust English communication, and presentation skills are expected.
• Ideally, the candidate is a team player, capable of working in a globally diverse virtual team.
