Associate SYSTEMS ANALYST

The Systems Analyst has essential responsibilities that span e-commerce operations, customer support, and the development of sites in the team’s portfolio.

This position has the flexibility of being in our Northfield office. This is an entry-level position with minimal to no experience required.

The candidate needs to have a passion for analysis, development and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requests, respondto and resolve escalated stakeholder requests

  • Manage and track non-standard requests via other communication channels

  • Resolve HEAT tickets with adequate analysis and if not resolvable immediately, recommend a workaround till the issue gets resolved

  • Identify the right support team and escalate, as needed, for timely resolution of tickets

  • Research, estimate, and build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency

  • Talk to product owners, customers, and sales reps to develop business acumen regarding system-related issues

  • Troubleshoot application functional issues and log the bugs/defects that come up to the right teams

  • Triage, escalate, and support customer requests and tickets during site disruptions

Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the HEAT ticketing system

  • Must be highly motivated and a dependable team player

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Logical thinking and good communication while resolving tickets

  • Ability to handle critical production issues and perform under stress

  • Familiarity with e-commerce, Java, SQL, RQL, and SAP

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Passion for designing, developing, and troubleshooting Java-based web applications

  • Familiarity with ATG, BCC - log analysis, deploying projects on BCC

  • Familiarity with hybrid application environments hosted within Cloud and ATG

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$73,840.00 - $107,120.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
