Requirements

• Masters Degree in a related field and three years of specialized experience; or a Bachelors Degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; or 10 years specialized experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to develop plans and write reports
• Ability to communicate with senior military and government civilian leadership
• Ability to work well with cross-organizational teams supporting DOT&E mission
• Experience working with USCYBERCOM and JFHQ DODIN

Desired Skills

• Represent DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program interests to the host USAFRICOM staff elements (Intelligence, Operations, Logistics, Plans, C4, Training)
• Support the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program by working with the host USAFRICOM to secure workspace, infrastructure, and other local support required to support deployed assessment teams when participating in planning conferences or exercises in the USAFRICOM AOR; including Points of Contacts (POCs) for Government action to finalize arrangement agreements
• Represent DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program interests at applicable internal USAFRICOM staff meetings/conferences
• Provide regular executive summaries to the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program government lead, concerning USAFRICOM business of interest to the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program, and all contractor liaison interactions with the USAFRICOM staff

Description

• Performs analysis, develops plans and facilitates implementation
• Analyzes and develops concepts for strategic deployment; operational and logistics issues; organizational straucture and equipment and modernization of forces; exercises and training; computer, communication, command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance
• Provides direct planning, coordination, Cybersecurity and Mission Assurance assessment and exercise support, analysis, and reporting to the DOT&E Cyber Assessment Program and hosting USAFRICOM
• In all cases, work performed under this task shall be accomplished primarily on-site at the USAFRICOM Germany
• May require travel to other locations within the specified USAFRICOM regional area of responsibility (AOR)
