The Position
The Information Technology Operational Technology (ITOT) group is a part of the global Informatics organization based locally on-site to support Roche Singapore Technical Operations. This group provides various services such as general IT support, specific OT life cycle maintenance support to ongoing 24x7 manufacturing operations, computer system validation, OT infrastructure/Cyber Security support and enterprise SAP 1st level local support etc.
The Opportunity
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving systems and network-related issues for control systems.
Provide Level 1 on-site/remote IT support for various applications (ERP, LIMs, MES) and end-user devices (laptops/desktops).
Handle IT service ticket requests and assign priorities, identifying root causes and performing troubleshooting independently.
Execute commissioning and qualification activities for automation systems and update lifecycle documentation.
Support OT Infrastructure Cybersecurity activities, including patch management, threat monitoring, and documentation.
Adhere to Roche's quality policies, standards, and SOPs, ensuring compliance in all activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering) on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support simple IT scripting to automate manual processes and assist with data analytics and digitization initiatives.
Coordinate and conduct end-user training, support authorization workflows, and manage knowledge bases and training materials.
Safety, Health & Environment:
Comply with all RSTO’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements, never put oneself and others at safety & health risks, and report any workplace accidents, near misses and hazards as soon as practicable.
Observe all RSTO’s site security measures at all times, and report any suspicious characters/objects & damaged security mechanisms to Site Security immediately.
Lean Production System:
Embody PT Lean Production System (LPS), while demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset and behaviors through the use and application of LPS tools for continuous improvement initiatives.
Who You Are
Diploma or degree in computer engineering; Cybersecurity, Information Technology or equivalent certification and relevant work experience
Experience/familiar with IT/Automation system support in biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing GMP environment is a plus
Knowledgeable about Windows Server Administration, SQL Databases, software development for web based interface, Cyber Security and Data Integrity concepts
Must be willing to work at Singapore Tuas Bay Link
