Lead Product Manager - SaaS Cybersecurity

In the high-impact role of Lead Product Manager for Acronis Email Security and Security Awareness Training services, as part of the Acronis Cybersecurity product team, you will shape products, forge OEM partnerships, and drive cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions powered by AI. Collaborate with dynamic teams, innovate alongside top-tier engineers, and make a global impact as we expand our cybersecurity portfolio to protect hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to guide product direction.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with MSPs, customers, and internal teams to understand what makes a great product.
  • Serve as a product evangelist, presenting product features and benefits to clients and internal teams.

• OEM Integration:

  • Evaluate and select OEM solutions that complement our offerings.
  • Manage the integration process to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.

• Product Development and Rollout:

  • Collaborate with the R&D team and UX designers to define requirements and oversee development through to rollout.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Competitor and Market Analysis:

  • Thoroughly analyze competitors' offerings and identify opportunities to enhance the uniqueness of our products.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and sustained market presence.

• Performance Measurement:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user satisfaction.

WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

• Product Management Experience:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, define products, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with email security and SaaS cybersecurity products.
  • Hands-on experience in driving business outcomes using data.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus, and deliver within a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong experience handling customer discussions, gathering requirements, and communicating roadmaps.

• Additional Skills:

  • Expertise in managing product pricing and growth models.
  • Excellent command of English.

Would Be Considered a Plus if You Have

• Experience with OEM integrations.
• Familiarity with delivering solutions to MSPs.
• Understanding of the roles and personas within cybersecurity teams.
