THE ROLE
Key responsibilities
The Information Security Manager is a vital role within Agilisys and this role will be responsible for assessing, approving, and advising on all information assurance and security matters for our internal AI development team (Transform).
Specific duties
Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following:
- Embedding ISMS security and data privacy alignment into the Transform business and development processes, maintaining security of processes, and providing subject matter expertise.
- Performing risk management activities.
- Performing internal audits and compliance checks.
- Supporting supplier due diligence efforts.
- Supporting data privacy efforts.
- Supporting secure design and change management processes.
- Supporting security incident response.

The Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge and experience of information security management (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
- Customer focused and influential, with a high desire to drive results
- Knowledge and experience in security risk management.
- A deep understanding of the product operating model, secure development lifecycles, application threat modelling, and developing with security and data privacy in mind.
- Knowledge and understanding of API’s, internet architecture and SaaS security good practices.
- An understanding of Incident Response for security incidents and events
- A deep understanding of GDPR and Data Protection
- Confident written and oral communication skills
- Willingness / ability to make ad-hoc trips to our Scale Space office in London.
