IT SWIFT Compliance Officer

In this senior position, you will be at the forefront of our compliance efforts, coordinating key audit programs and managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies. What You Will Do
- Lead the SWIFT compliance initiatives in SIX ―i.e. the Customer Security Programme (CSP) and Shared Infrastructure Programme (SIP)― across the organization, as well as the compliance program of the Swiss National Bank (SNB), the Endpoint Security Program in SIC system
- Act as the primary liaison with auditors, managing all commercial interactions and handling requests for proposals
- Administer the financial aspects of assessments, including budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Lead and enable subject matter experts across the organization to find and deliver solutions for maintaining compliance on SIX platforms and applications
- Provide regular updates on assessment progress and outstanding issues to the Management Committee, and compile annual compliance reports for SWIFT
What You Bring
- Proven track record in coordinating audit programs and managing relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Several years of experience on the security and compliance initiatives from SWIFT and/or SNB would be highly valued, but not strictly necessary if you bring self-starting mindset and readiness to acquire the specifics of these programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or German would be appreciated
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or similar are positively valued
- Availability to travel sporadically (aproximately once every 3-4 months)
