The Cyber Department works with a variety of clients in different fields: Government, Hi-tech, Industry, Retail, Hotels, Defense and more.

Job Description

Operation Technologies (OT) Cybersecurity Consultant.

The Job Will Include: 

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their OT cybersecurity needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct detailed OT security risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance evaluations based on frameworks like IEC-62443, NIS2, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Advisory and Strategy Development: Develop and implement OT cyber security strategies, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Technical Security Assessments: Perform vulnerability assessments, network segmentation reviews, and system hardening for OT environments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guide clients in achieving compliance with regional and international OT security regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including IT security, risk, and operational teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in the field of OT cybersecurity in multiple industries.
• Practical experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, IEC-62443, NIS2 and other relevant standards.
• Previous experience in writing procedures and documents in the field of Information security.
• Knowledge of Israeli OT Cybersecurity regulations (e.g. Ministry of Energy or Ministry of Environmental Protection).
• Operational systems and vendors of OT environments (e.g. SCADA, DCS, PLCs) and their unique security challenges.

Advantage

• Relevant certification such as Cybersecurity Practitioner and OT Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• B.Sc or other relevant certification (e.g., GICSP, CISSP, CISM, ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, servers and network devices.
• Previous experience as a cyber security consultant.

Skills

Ability to work independently and in a team, time management and multi-tasking.

Good expressiveness in writing (Hebrew and English).

Ability to write technological and methodological risk survey reports.

Self-learning ability.

Good Interpersonal, training, persuasion abilities.
