We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with a strong background in LWC, Community Cloud, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, automate business processes, and ensure seamless system integration. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and manage the deployment of Salesforce applications effectively.
Software Architecture Engineering (High Tech) focuses on architecting multiple types/categories of software including end-user applications and operating systems/utility software (which provides a platform for running end user applications) for sale to external customers. The work includes: •Performing complex software process definition, requirements analysis, and high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions •Designing and specifying the overall software structure, core elements, and properties by understanding the software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies •Developing the architectural guidelines, specifications, and technical standards, including coding standards, tools, services and platforms related to current and future technological environments •Communicating the design of the software architecture to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and Development: Develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Field Service, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Community Cloud.
· Customization and Automation: Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and workflows to automate business processes and enhance Salesforce functionalities.
· System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
· Deployment Management: Hands on the deployment process using deployment tools such change sets, or third-party tools like COPADO, ensuring smooth and error-free releases.
· Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
· Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
· Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for custom solutions, processes, and system integrations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, providing tactical and strategic solutions or code changes as needed.
· Conduct root cause analysis on major problems and recurrent issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
· Understand business complexities and provide technical resolutions to user problems, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
· Respond to critical production operational issues and collaborate with the Core team for resolution.
· Coordinate with different teams on integration points and facilitate resolution of related issues.
· Manage competing tasks and priorities effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills.
· Utilize tools like ServiceNow for incident monitoring and actioning.
· Effectively manage your work within Agile methodologies.
· Creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce and other related tools.
· Conduct Client Debug log analyses.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of demonstratable experience in software development.
· Foundational understanding of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Field Service including common products/features.
· Salesforce Service Cloud and Field service experience.
· Proficient in lightning best practices and functionality.
· Incident and problem management experience.
Preferred Requirements:
· Salesforce App Builder or Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
· Experience with Servicemax and SVMX 101 Certification.
· Familiarity with Agile and DevOps development methodologies.
· Familiarity with Atlassian and Tricentis product suites.
· Experience with Copado DevOps or any similar deployment tool.
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST
