Reports to: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Job Description Summary:
Join our team as a Corporate Security & Investigations Leader at Strada! In this pivotal role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build and shape our Security & Investigations team from the ground up. You’ll oversee all facets of corporate security, including travel and physical security, fraud investigations, and data incident response. We’re seeking a strategic visionary with exceptional leadership skills to safeguard our organization’s assets, employees, and information. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Travel Security:
- Develop and implement travel security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees traveling domestically and internationally.
- Monitor global security threats and provide timely advisories and support to traveling employees.
- Coordinate with travel management teams to ensure secure travel arrangements and emergency response plans.
Physical Security:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical security measures across all company facilities.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Manage relationships with security vendors and contractors to ensure high standards of service and compliance with security protocols.
Fraud & Investigations:
- Lead and manage investigations into allegations of fraud, misconduct, and other security breaches.
- Develop and implement anti-fraud strategies and training programs to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR teams to ensure thorough and compliant investigation processes.
Data Incident Response:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data incident response plan to address potential data breaches and cyber incidents.
- Lead the response to data incidents, coordinating with IT, legal, and communications teams to mitigate impact and manage communications.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future response efforts.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor a remote team of Security professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Encourage and support professional development and set clear goals and expectations for team members.
- Ensure the team has the necessary tools, resources, and training to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinate with HR to recruit and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate security, investigations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, travel security protocols, and fraud investigation techniques.
- Experience in managing data incident response and understanding of cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, CFE, CISSP) are highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
112,700 USDMaximum :
