Enterprise Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Security Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in security tools implementation and operations and network engineering. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing security technologies, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring secure access protocols. This role emphasizes network security, secure access, endpoint detection, and enterprise incident response.

Key Responsibilities

• Zscaler Management: Manage Zscaler ZPA & ZIA solutions to secure access across the organization.

• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR/XDR): Utilize EDR/XDR solutions to detect and respond to endpoint security threats.

• Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Deploy and manage DLP solutions, focusing on Zscaler DLP and other top-tier DLP products.

• VPN Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve IPsec and SSL-VPN connectivity issues for secure remote access.

• Network Security: Configure and secure Meraki, Fortigate, and Palo Alto Firewalls, along with WiFi and switch infrastructure.

• Log Analysis and Incident Response: Perform log analysis to detect security incidents and coordinate incident response.

• Malware Analysis and Sandboxing: Apply knowledge of malware analysis and sandboxing to identify and isolate security threats.

Additional Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Ability to manage Jamf and Intune environments.

• Application Security: Familiarity with WAF, SCA, SAST, and DAST (beneficial but not required).

• SOC & SIEM Support: Experience with SOC operations or SIEM tools for threat detection.

• DevOps Collaboration: Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and security integration.

• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Effective problem-solving, collaboration, and communication within a team environment.

• Google Workspace Security: Manage and secure Google Workspace to protect user data and maintain access control.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

• Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Security Operations and Network Security.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Zscaler ZPA & ZIA, EDR/XDR solutions, and DLP (especially Zscaler DLP)

  • Strong VPN troubleshooting (IPsec and SSL-VPN)

  • Experience with network security (Meraki, Fortigate, Palo Alto Firewalls, WiFi, and switches)

  • Proficiency in log analysis, malware analysis, and sandboxing techniques

  • Google Workspace Security management

• Attributes:

  • Analytical skills for detailed log analysis and malware detection.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, adaptable in dynamic environments.
